Ensuring Safety and Comfort
At Switch Housing, we believe that everyone deserves to feel secure and comfortable at home. Comfort and safety are our priority, as is the satisfaction of our tenants.
Before any accommodation provider is added to our central booking system, we require them to undergo a series of checks, and agree to our standard terms. They must join with guaranteed rates, and share availability with our central reservations team, so that we have live access to vacancies and can provide accommodation whenever it is required.
We arrange contracts with providers directly, so that local authorities and housing associations can have credit centrally with Switch, for all their requirements. Through a series of documentation checks, reviews and site visits (where required), we will certify accommodation providers on behalf of local authorities.
